The apartment is located in the highest mountain village in Germany – in Oberjoch, Gundstraße 12. The apartment is very well connected from a traffic point of view and is easily accessible according to the Alpine location (about 20 minutes via the main road from/to the A7 highway). Only a few steps lead to the ground floor corner apartment in a 2-storey apartment house. It is a 1 ½ room apartment with about 40 square meters. It's very quiet and family-friendly. Possibilities for winter and summer activities can be found directly on site and thus "walking distance" to the apartment (ski/climbing/bathing/hiking/wellness). The town center with bakery, small supermarket, as well as shops, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. The apartment consists of a large living room, dining room, bedroom with separate kitchen and bathroom. In the hallway, a large wardrobe with shelf is built in. In the living area, there is a dining table as well as two armchairs, each of which can be pulled out into a single bed. A radio with CD player and a TV is present. The sleeping area with a bunk bed (approx. 2x2m) for 4 people can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. There is a cooking facility, fridge, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, small oven, microwave. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. The two terraces in the south/west location invite you to sunbathe. The sunbathing lawn may be used. There are 2 sun loungers and a garden bench available for sun loungers and a garden A parking space – ski cellar – drying room are available. A washing machine can be used at a small fee. A caretaker is on site. Travel utensils, kitchen and towels are to be brought! Remember to pack them. Service: Optionally, fresh bed, kitchen, and towel can be rented by individual agreement and for a fee. The rental price is €10 per person per change. The apartment is very well connected from a traffic point of view and is easily accessible according to the exposed Alpine location (about 20 minutes via the main road from/to the A7 highway). The apartment is very quiet (traffic-free! – no noise), central (the car can be waived if necessary) as well as in a generously designed and predominantly used by the owners (3 houses). They can park in the apartment parking lot. Starting at the parking lot, a short walk after about 25 m ends directly at the house entrance of Gundstraße 12. Only a few steps lead to the then level corner apartment (south/west orientation, 2 terraces) in a 2-storey apartment house. For loading and unloading, the footpath may be traveled by car. Possibilities for winter and summer activities can be found directly on site and thus "walking distance" to the apartment (ski/climbing/swimming/hiking/wellness). The town center with bakery and small supermarket, shops, boutiques, service to bike and ski, bus stop, bars, cafes and restaurants are also within walking distance.
