This is a romantic well appointed little nest, close to all amenities and fun places. The house is situated in the old fisherman's quarter le "Quartier Haut" which is transforming into an artistic area with art workshops, galleries, exhibitions and even painted murals on a few houses.... just three minutes walk to the centre of town! : an amazing lively market hall, restaurants, venues, canal and seaside walks. The space Completely renovated into a cute independent dwelling, it has everything you need for a great stay: a nice timber bar with comfortable barstools, a gourmet kitchenette and a saloon on the ground floor, on the ist floor, a great bedroom with a queen size bed and a jazzy ensuite bathroom. It even has a small balcony for al fresco drinks, with glimpses of the harbour. Guest access There is a digital lock to enter the house. You will be given the code before arrival. Other things to note The apartment is centrally located. There is free street parking in all the surrounding streets, but it can sometimes be difficult to find a parking spot.
