Cozy apartment on the Baltic Sea on Poel

The 48 m² apartment 'Sturmmöwe' on the beautiful Baltic island of Poel is quiet and idyllically located. It can also be booked together with the smaller apartment 'Spatzennest', which is directly above it. The apartment is bright and cozy. It is located on the first floor of a small apartment building in Gollwitzer Park and has a large, sunny balcony overlooking the countryside. Feel free to use the movies, books and games in the apartment. The space On the outside of the apartment there is a playground and barbecue area as well as a lawn with a pond. The sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is only a 5-minute walk away. Poel is great for biking. An inexpensive bike rental is located in Gollwitz. Wismar is just 15 km away. Rostock and Schwerin are also within easy reach. Guest access It is a vacation apartment only for guests. Other things to note From November 1st to March 31st, March, a visitor's tax of €1.80/day/person from the age of 16 is charged. From April 1 - March 31 October, a visitor's tax of €3.00/day/person from the age of 16 applies. Linens and towels are not included in the price, but can be booked for €15/person.
