Want to get away from the freezing cold? Come enjoy the warm weather in Palm Desert with a newly remodled salt water private pool and jacuzzi. *30 day minimum The space Private house on corner lot with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed with an additional twin size futon, large walk in closet and a 42" tv. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. The house has all the amenities including free wi-fi, washer and dryer, air conditioning and a fireplace. There is a full kitchen for your use with all the basic staples to cook a meal. Linens and towels are also provided *There is an additional $25/night fee for more than 4 guests *Pool can be heated for an additional $80/day, plus an additional day to preheat. At time of booking please say if you would like the pool to be heated. Pool cannot be heated once already checked in. *There is no additional fee to heat the jacuzzi. You will have access to the whole house with the exception of a storage closet, garage and the master bedroom which will be locked. We have our private belongings in there and would prefer to keep it private. The price is reflected based on a 2 bedroom house.
