Located close to a walking trail, its location combines calm and proximity (150 m.) to the main street, the Bahnhofstrasse, with all the services (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, ski lifts). The space Refurbished and partially renovated in 2019, the duplex apartment of 75 m2 can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.), a dining area, a cosy double-height living room with TV and bluetooth speaker and a balcony. The sleeping area is located upstairs and consists of: - A master suite with a double bed, a dressing room and a shower room. - A children's room with 2 single beds (80x200 cm) and wardrobes. - A bathroom. The apartment is just as ideal for a group of friends as it is for a family. You will find all the necessary equipment for young children (umbrella bed, barrier, etc.).
