On the MAIN FLOOR, approximately 40m2, there is a BEDROOM (190x150cm bed, Indra sonpura mattress, ceiling fan, safe and LG smart TV), BATHROOM (with large bathtub, hair dryer and bath cosmetics), KITCHEN (with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware and small appliances such as blender, toaster, juicer, Nespresso...) and LIVING ROOM (with LG smart TV, very comfortable 135cm sofa bed, Lenovo Smart Fisplay, ceiling fan...) The entire main floor has climate control (cold and heat) through MITSUBISHI AIR CONDITIONING through ducts. On the SOLARIUM FLOOR, about 35m2, there is a private Jacuzzi, and a chillout area with comfortable garden furniture (table, 4 chairs, two sun loungers and an eccentric 3m diameter parasol.)
