Located in the best area of Levante beach: lively area, full of restaurants, bars and shops (Paseo Marítimo and Avenida Martinez Alejos). As you can see in the pictures, the apartment is divided into: - a cozy living-room with a sofa, an armchair and tv, as well as a space for the dining area that leads to an exterior space - a nice terrace with a little chill out area and a side sea view - an independent and equipped kitchen including microwave and washing machine - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bathroom with a bath It is a very warm and cozy space, which is ideal for any kind of stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The apartment has in the living room, one air conditioning machine that has heat pump for the winter. Please take into account, that the machine can heat up if you use more than 2 hours at maximum. About the hot water, it works though an electric water tank so it is limited and once, all the hot water is used you will just have to wait for ti to fill it up. Parking is dificult around the building because it is a pedestrian area. WIFI: Due to the concentration of people in the high season summer months, telephone networks become saturated so the Wi-Fi connection can be weak and slow. We apologize and ask you to be patient and important to keep this in mind if you have to connect for work and may have some other alternative planned on your part.
