Our place is located at the POBLACION, centermost part of our Town. 3-5 mins walking distance to Robinson’s mall & Savemore A car service (6-8 seater Innova) is available for rent to tour you around the Ilocandia. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that You are booking a room/rooms only in a home. Common areas are shared. Please read further for more infos on room assignment. The space We only accept one group each time at the main house, but we also have other rooms within the property listed/enrolled separately which can also be used for bigger groups more than 16 guests (PLEASE COORDINATE WITH US SO WE CAN SEND YOU SPECIAL OFFER) All rooms are air-conditioned 3T&2Bs will be shared by group less than 16. Rooms to be used depends on the number of guests booked. 4 guests = 1 room /3T&2B 8 guests = 2 rooms /3T&2B 12 guests = 3 rooms/3T&2B 16 guests = 4 rooms/4T&3B We can accommodate up to 22 pax other 2rooms w/ attached T&B are enrolled separately. 5th room w/ T&B (3pax) 6th room w/ T&B (3pax) For inquiries on groups more than 16 pax, please contact the hosts. Private room/rooms can be used depending on how many guests are booked. 4 guests - 1 room only 8 guests - 2 rooms only 12 guests - 3 rooms only 16 guests - 4 rooms An outdoor kitchen/mess area for guests is located at the lower ground floor of the house where guests can cook with a fee per session (for the use of the gas stove - condiments NOT included) We would appreciate if you coordinate in advance upon booking to ensure availability of things needed. Clean and Go is a must. Garbage segregation is strictly observed in our town so we request our guests to please observe it too. NOTE: We also offer PLATED SILOG breakfast @ Php 000/plate that can be ordered day ahead. During your stay We would love to share our home with you. During your whole stay, we will be around and available to assist you with anything and ready to answer your queries and can help you plan your itinerary for your day to day schedule. Other things to note Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged as per availability of the place with an additional charge per hour. The whole house can accommodate 20-22 pax, in this case additional 2 more rooms listed separately will be used too, we can arrange and send you special offer for this. We also offer breakfast at Php 000/plate, please coordinate in advance.
