The Swallow's return treehouse is seven foot up between sycamore trees to the rear of our home & has one flight of stairs. The treehouse is fully insulated & heated for all year comfort. The open plan bedroom has a double bed and a single bed which accommodate two adults with one young child The kitchen - dining area is fully equipped and is open planned. The sitting room has a wonderful view across countryside to the Irish sea and on to the Dublin - Wicklow mountains. The space This unique ship lap treehouse, which can't be compared to brick's & mortar accommodation, is seven feet off the ground between two large Sycamore trees to the rear of our main residence. It is fully insulated to the highest standard's of technical accuracy for all year-round comfort with an electrical heating system. There is a stairway leading to the front door. The kitchen & Dining area is open planned. The bathroom has a shower, sink & toilet and is located adjacent to the kitchen. The open plan bedroom sleeps two adults and one young child, it has a double bed and a single bed. We have two swing's which hang from large Sycamore trees at either side of the house. Guest access On arrival, guests can drive past the front of the house & turn right. The treehouse will be visible then. Access is private to the main residence. Guests have full access to the facilities within the treehouse. Guests have access to swing's which hang from large Sycamore trees at either end of the house. Other things to note Guests have access to tea, coffee, milk & sugar while you stay. We have three dogs, and they will be kept away from the treehouse area. Please do not light candles in the treehouse. Insects can enter the treehouse through an open window or door. These insects are harmless.
