My space is cozy, in a good location, with easy and quick access to BR 101 and the beaches of Itajaí- Balneário Camboriú, Penha, Piçarras, Itapema, such as Cabeçudas and Praia Brava. It has a market, pharmacy, snack bar, and UPA very close by as well. Two-bedroom space, sleeps up to 4 people. The space The house is on a plot with another house. My mother or I will be in the front house to assist in whatever way possible. Space with garage. Guest access Access through the main gate of the residence. Safe Location!! Other things to note In the house there are some bedroom, kitchen and backyard items, which I would like to be cared for as if they were the guests'. After all, my space may be useful again at another time.
