The space 7 Contrade is a family-run bed & breakfast located in the heart of Lama Taranto, a seaside tourist area well served by all commercial services. The property, typical of the rural landscape, has been completely renovated to offer a comfortable and modern stay. The rooms are equipped with electronic locks that can be activated by means of dedicated badges, which control the electricity. Each room has a small garden equipped with a table, chairs and umbrella for moments of relaxation. Guests will find a set of three white towels, a double pillow, white sheets, an in-room intercom, free Wi-Fi, and a courtesy set. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. Room cleaning and tidying up take place daily from 10:00 a.m., while linen change is scheduled every 3 days. An iron and ironing board, and a camping cot, are available to guests upon request, all provided free of charge. Guest access Each room offers independent access and no time restrictions, allowing guests to enter and exit freely. Please do not allow strangers to enter the premises and respect the privacy of other guests, avoiding raising the volume of the TV and radio. Common sense rules include avoiding damage to property and people and maintaining silence during rest hours, from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the affiliated bar 100 meters from the B&B. Breakfast includes two hot/cold drinks and a dessert of your choice, with the possibility of agreeing on other preferences directly with the Bar Management. In the room, every day, snacks such as biscuits, crackers, biscuits, small packs of Nutella, fruit jam, tea, chamomile, sugar, mineral water, fruit juice and, during the festive periods (Christmas, New Year, Easter, etc.), a small prosecco will be provided free of charge.
