Registration of the apartment via the hotel reception Separate entrance to the apartment via the residential complex, further information is available on arrival at reception. Other things to note General rental conditions Final cleaning We kindly ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. This includes rinsing the dishes and disposing of your waste in the containers provided. The costs for the final cleaning are included in the price, any special cleaning that may be required will be charged separately and must be paid on site. Pets Pets are not allowed in the apartment for hygienic reasons. Security Deposit The renter and his companions are fully liable for the damage caused to the apartment and the inventory. The rental deposit of 250.00 euros must be deposited in cash on the day of arrival when the keys are handed over. The landlord undertakes to repay the deposit to the tenant after handing over the keys at the end of the rental. Any damage to the vacation property/inventory caused by the customer will be charged and deducted. Smoking Please do not smoke in the apartment. Failure to comply with the smoking ban and the resulting damage or cleaning work will be charged. Cancellation Of course, a cancellation of your booking is possible. If you are unable to take your vacation yourself, you may of course also look for a suitable replacement. If this happens, we ask you to notify us in writing and to provide us with the new contact details. Cancellation fees of the apartment: - up to 14 days prior to arrival Free of charge - up to 3 days before arrival 80% of the total amount - Until the arrival date 100% of the total amount Electricity Electricity is included in the rental price. Conclusion of the contract A rental agreement for a vacation apartment is binding if, after the booking request has been made, the booking confirmation sent to the renter has been signed by the renter and received by the landlord. The apartment is rented to the renter for the specified contract period exclusively for use for holiday purposes and may only be occupied by the maximum number of persons specified in the rental contract. The rental is based on the attached general rental conditions, the content of which is known to the renter at the time of conclusion of the contract and with whose validity he agrees.
