Outside is where the fun really begins—soak in the hot tub, relax on the covered deck, or gather around the fire pit. Guests also love the private stocked fishing pond (no license needed), full basketball court, playground, and more. The perfect mix of comfort, space, and adventure—right in the pines of Hochatown. Other things to note The fishing pond is private, stocked, and catch-and-release only. No fishing license is required. The basketball court, playground, tetherball area, and fire pit are all private and for guest use only. We provide starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, etc.). For extended stays or larger groups, you may wish to bring additional supplies. WiFi is available, but due to our beautiful forested location, speeds may vary. Parking is available for multiple vehicles and boats/trailers. Pets are not allowed to maintain allergen-free accommodations. No smoking inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM out of respect for nearby cabins and wildlife. Security cameras are installed on the exterior for your safety and cabin security. A signed rental agreement and ID verification may be required after booking.
