Great and spacious three-room apartment without architectural barriers. Quiet and well equipped, suitable for families with small children or tracking lovers. On the edge of the woods with a beautiful private garden, 4km from Bormio: thermal baths, golf, tennis, S. Caterina, Livigno, the Stelvio! Parking in front of the house. Not far away (walking) barbecue space, soccer field and children's play area. I also rent the entire summer season! The space You'll love my place because of the warmth of its furnishings and the complete equipment (baby bath, washing machine, dishwasher, television, microwave), the indoor and outdoor space, the peace and quiet. The mattresses were changed in January 2022, so they're new and comfortable. There's no wifi, but cell phones are good and they can work as a router (I do this and I feel great). The apartment is located on the ground floor, very comfortable for those who have small children, no danger of stairs! It's exposed to the south and west so it enjoys the sun all day long.. My place is good for couples and families with kids, especially in the summer or for tracking lovers. My place is located on the edge of the woods but in an inhabited area, surrounded by nature, wonderful porcini are born in my garden! A few steps away is a soccer field, space with barbecue and a playground for children and kids (Summer camp of Oga). The car is necessary to reach the house but the secured parking in front of the house. Walking from the village you need a 1Km walk but uphill, beautiful for those who love to walk. The grocery store is 1Km but does delivery (La Butiga). Oga is 4km from Bormio, with its wonderful spas, golf, tennis, and Santa Caterina, Livigno with its no tax shopping and the Stelvio park that in summer also offers summer skiing! Lots of beautiful itineraries and walks for all the difficulties and activities for the family. For linens, €10 per person is required per week, if requested. The mattresses were changed in 2022 and the carpet was removed and the parquet flooring was removed in the rooms. The bathroom has been renovated.
