Excellent and spacious three-room apartment without architectural barriers. Quiet and well-equipped, suitable for families with small children or tracking enthusiasts. On the edge of the woods with a beautiful private garden, 4 km from Bormio: spas, golf, tennis, S. Caterina, Livigno, the Stelvio! Parking in front of the house. Not far away (on foot) is a barbecue area, soccer field, and children's play area. I also rent for the entire summer season! The space You will like my accommodation for the warmth with which it is furnished and the completeness of the equipment (children's bathtub, washing machine, dishwasher, television, microwave), for the indoor and outdoor space, peace and tranquility. The mattresses were changed in January 2022, so they are new and comfortable. There is no wifi, but cell phones work well and can function as routers (I do this and I am very happy). The apartment is located on the ground floor, very convenient for those with small children, no danger of stairs! It faces south and west, so it enjoys the sun all day. My place is good for couples and families with children, especially in summer, or for tracking lovers. My accommodation is located on the edge of the woods but in a residential area, surrounded by nature, wonderful porcini mushrooms grow in my garden! Within walking distance is a soccer field, barbecue area and a playground for children and teenagers (Oga Summer Camp). A car is necessary to reach the house, but there is a secure parking space in front of the house. Walking from the village requires a 1 km walk, uphill, which is beautiful for those who love to walk. The grocery store is 1 km away but makes home deliveries (La Butiga). Oga is located 4 km from Bormio, with its wonderful spas, golf, tennis, and Santa Caterina, Livigno with its no-tax shopping and the Stelvio park that also offers summer skiing in summer! Many beautiful itineraries and walks for all levels of difficulty and activities for the family. For linen, €10 per person per week is required, if requested. The mattresses were changed in 2022, and the carpet was removed from the rooms and parquet flooring was installed. The bathroom has been renovated. Guest access Guests will have the large fenced garden at their disposal, but also the entire neighboring forest! The stone BBQs are 50 meters away with wooden tables and a soccer field.
