Charming, clean, private, quiet, 2 bed one bath ocean view apartment 500 feet from door to ocean beach through lovely dunes. Dine inside or out with view of the moon rising over the breaking waves. Includes BBQ and fire pit. Full kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots pans dishes etc. - small bathroom and shower and large outdoor shower The space 750 square feet. Small indoor shower, generous outdoor shower. Master bedroom with King bed that can become two twins and second bedroom with twin beds that can be made into a king bed. Guest access You will have access to the apartment and the storage area below for beach gear, bikes, etc Other things to note Special Note: We are prepared for the Corona virus, with extra disinfecting and thorough cleaning of all surfaces, and of course, we urge our guests to take precautions and bring products they rely on with them. Please note: We have minimum stay requirements of 2 days. We will respond to specific inquiries. There is a lifeguard beach .4 miles to East at the beginning of Montauk Village. PLEASE NOTE - no dishwasher or washer and dryer. We provide linens and towels in a one-time set up, as noted in the linen set up fee. Self and full service laundromat a half mile away will do your wash while you do something fun.
