Welcome to the Ferme de L'Oudon & SPA. In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, Eden Spa is a charming 40 m² suite for 2 people, entirely on one level and dedicated to wellness. Enjoy your private hot tub, terrace and small garden. Its perk: from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., the infrared sauna, accessible directly from your suite, is reserved exclusively for you. The space Eden Spa is a 40 m² suite for 2 people, entirely on one level, with a separate entrance. Designed as a true wellness retreat, it has a bedroom with a queen-size bed 160 × 200 cm, with large bay windows opening onto your private relaxation area with hot tub. The suite also includes a living area with a TV, a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, microwave and fridge, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture and a private little garden. Your hot tub is exclusively for the use of the suite's occupants for the duration of the stay. Eden Spa also has direct access from its living room to the infrared sauna at La Ferme. From 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the indoor pool and infrared sauna are accessible to other guests using the spa area. Then, from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am the following morning, the infrared sauna is exclusively reserved for guests of Eden Spa. This allows you to enjoy your private hot tub at any time and the sauna in privacy in the evening and when you wake up. To round off your stay, we offer breakfast served directly in your suite, massages and treatments, and various gourmet options to enjoy in your accommodation, all by reservation. Guest access Eden Spa has a separate entrance, a terrace, a small garden, and a fully private hot tub. Free private parking, accessible by digicode, is available on the property. You also have access to the shared spa with heated indoor pool and infrared sauna from 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. From 8 p.m. to 9 a.m., the infrared sauna is exclusively reserved for guests of Eden Spa. You can also enjoy the outdoor areas of the estate and discover the animals on our small farm. During your stay Charlotte and the team at the Ferme de l'Oudon remain available during your stay to answer any questions you may have and to advise you on the spa, massages, the services offered on site, and the best places to visit and things to discover in the Pays d'Auge. We welcome you from 3pm to 7pm. After 7:00 p.m. and on Sundays, your check-in is self-service, using the information provided before your stay. Other things to note Eden Spa is available from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. After 7:00 p.m. and on Sundays, check-in is self-service. The hot tub is entirely private and reserved for guests of Eden Spa for the duration of the stay. The shared spa with heated indoor pool and infrared sauna is accessible from 9:30am to 8:00pm. From 8 p.m. to 9 a.m., the infrared sauna is exclusively reserved for guests of Eden Spa. The swimming pool remains the exclusive nighttime amenity of the Pool Suite and is therefore not accessible to Eden Spa during this time slot. Breakfast can be booked for an additional charge and is served directly in your suite between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., at a cost of €20 per adult and €15 per child under 12 years old. Massages and treatments, as well as various gourmet services, can be booked before your stay, subject to availability. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. The Ferme de l'Oudon is an estate offering rooms, suites and guesthouses, comprising 9 accommodations. These are not a hotel. Cleaning is included. We simply ask that you leave the kitchenette tidy and clean and take out the trash before your departure. Some pets are allowed only upon prior request, at a charge of €10 per pet per night.
