You’ll get an ideal position: in a lovely car-free little street, very close from shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and concert halls… Yet, no worries the apartment is still quiet because it's oriented on the back of the street. Come on and discover easily the city of Liège! The apartment is very comfortable with its 2 bedrooms (with double beds). The living space is very pleasant with a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle,...) opened to the living room which has sofa-bed, flatscreen TV, high dining table settled on the central island... It has recently and entirely been renovated. New design is really bright and pleasant enough so as you quickly feel like home. Household linen is included in the rent: bed sheets, bath and hand towels, kitchen towels. If you need it, a baby cot is available on demand. A shared laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer is also available, only on demand (with extra fees). The apartment's Wi-Fi connection is sufficient to check your emails or surf the internet, but it is not efficient enough for teleworking (videoconferencing, streaming, etc.). The wifi is shared with other apartments in the building. See you soon! Guest access Located in the second floor, you can either take the stairs or the elevator to access the apartment. Other things to note Thanks in advance for informing ZE Agency about your planned arrival hour. We will send you confirmation of your reservation as well as the exact address of the agency and of the accommodation. Arrival/Departure: extra fees of €25 and €35 will be charged for any arrival after 8:00PM and 11:00PM. A surplus of €25 will be charged for any departure before 8:00AM. Spare beds and child beds’ are available on request and they have to be confirmed by the agency. The number of people in the accommodation cannot exceed the number of people indicated on the booking confirmation.
