Private room on the ground floor of a townhouse with a double bed, nightstands, chest of drawers, and a closet with a private bathroom right next to the room (sink, shower, and toilet). Guests will share the house with the hosts (and their 2 dogs) and will be able to use the kitchen, outdoor dining room, garden (5000 square meters of land), heated pool and gym. The pool is closed from October to mid-May. The space The villa is located in the middle of nature, where you can breathe fresh air away from the noise of the city. It is a townhouse in a neighborhood with more townhouses, but it is very discreet, since it is the last one in the neighborhood. It is very bright and sunny. The views are gorgeous. It is strategically located between the Gorbea and Urkiola Natural Parks. 30 minutes from Bilbao and Vitoria and 1 hour 15 minutes from Donostia and Pamplona. As interesting points: - 45 minutes to San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, the Portugalete suspension bridge, the painted forest of Oma and the caves of Santimamiñe. -Typical fishing villages of the Basque coast such as Lekeitio, Mundaka, Elantxobe (Urdaibai biosphere) 45 minutes away. -The famous flysch of Zumaia and the coastal areas of Gipuzkoa where scenes from "Game of Thrones" and "8 Basque surnames" (Zumaia, Getaria, Zarautz) were filmed. -Laguardia and Logroño 1h30 away Guest access Guests can enjoy a large heated pool (mid-May to October) with sun loungers available, a small gym with a hanging hammock, and an outdoor dining area.
