PRIVATE CARRIAGE HOUSE! Complimentary Coffee, Tea, water . what sets us aside from the other BnB's? You have a private entrance along with your own balcony and there is no other guests on the property but you! A one bedroom, 1 bath, living room and kitchenette all to yourself in complete privacy. The space This carriage house only accommodates 2 people. any extra guests will be charged $50 a night any guest staying more than 28 days will purchase their own toiletries, cleaning supplies etc. the Blake house will provide you with your first set of cleaning and toiletries to get you started. then it is the guests responsibly to purchase the rest. there will be a non refundable cleaning fee $ 150.00 due upon arrival Guest access carriage house and yard ONLY!!!! no entry to garage or main house unless approved by the owner Other things to note We have box lunches to go (additional fee per lunch please) dinners at $12.00 charcuterie board start at $35 small $50 large you are allowed to bring alcohol to the parks. (only if they are in plastic containers) Marine city beach is the only exception for alcohol and cigarettes
