Just 15 minutes from Parma and Reggio Emilia, in the heart of the food valley, a rustic house with a shared garden, with a separate entrance and loft, well restored and surrounded by greenery. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. A spiral staircase connects the attic mezzanine with a double bed and bathroom with shower. Markets, organic vegetable gardens, cheese and cured meat farms, the castles, wines and gastro-tourism routes are all paths that make everything unforgettable The space A small, independent, open-plan cottage of approximately 60 square meters. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a dining table. The loft area in the attic, with a double bed, wardrobe, and sitting area, leads to the bathroom. Everywhere in the house, you feel as if you are surrounded by greenery in a fairytale cottage. Guest access The entire property is gated. The large garden is shared with us, but it has a well-defined private area. There is a hammock in the shade and a private porch with a dining table.
