Enjoy a peaceful stay in my historic home located in the safest town in Illinois, just 30 minutes from downtown St. Louis. My home is filled with antiques to enjoy or you can walk into town for restaurants, craft breweries, free concerts in the park, historical sites and more. Guests will have a private entrance in to their suite which features an ensuite bathroom with a handicap accessible shower and a separate sunroom with piano. There is a separate thermostat for the guest suite. Guests also will have access to the living room, dining room and kitchen. I'm happy to give you your space or share a glass of wine while relaxing on the back patio. I live on the property so I'm accessible by phone or text Waterloo is now the safest city in Illinois. It's an easy walkable town to restuarants, craft breweries, shopping, plays, concerts, and historical sites. If you want to venture into St Louis to experience all the city has to offer you're just a 30-minute drive away. You'll need a car to get to Waterloo but once you're here you can walk into town or drive into the city.
