Staycation place in Tagaytay

Our place is close to popular restaurants in Tagaytay city; few minutes drive to Sky Ranch and 30 minutes drive to Caleruega Church. Our unit is properly maintained and we guarantee that you will enjoy your stay at Wind Residences. We have WiFi access, Smart Tv with netflix .2hp AC,shower heater, microwave,Refrigerator. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers,smoking is prohibited in the property and if caught by the roving guard a penalty will be imposed. The space You’ll love our place not only because of the view of the volcano but also for its facilities and amenities. We have a spectacular view of Taal lake and the volcano from the bedroom window; we also recommend waiting for the sunrise as the view is also magnificent. Guest access Guests can access all the amenities in the club house which include the indoor and outdoor pool, play room, badminton court, basketball court, tennis court, and the kids playground. Please note that guests shall be charged Php 150 per person per use of the pool. and 300php for holiday rate.Other amenities like courts are free of charge during day time only. Certain fee shall be charged to guests if they want to use it at night. Guests can also access the commercial side of SMDC; guests from Tower 4 can pass-through the closest tower (Tower 3) to get to the commercial areas of Wind Residences. Other things to note I don't Charge cleaning fee's that normally host does.so please make sure that you leave my place clean and tidy as much as possible.if not, a cleaning Fee of 500 pesos will be collected to cover the extra cleaning time of housekeeping.For long term lease 30 days and up I will collect security deposit of 15,000php/500php for short term stay.refundable upon checkout and room check.
