Rustic Bunkhouse in Black Forest

Retreat from civilization in this beautiful log bunkhouse in the forest. Stroll among the ponderosa pines or sit by the lake on our sprawling 40 acres. Only 10 minutes northeast of Colorado Springs and 20 minutes to the heart of the Air Force Academy. This 1 bedroom (queen), 1 bath also has a 5-bed sleeping loft that sleeps 8 (one queen futon, two double, two single top bunks) and a full kitchen. The space This unique bunkhouse is a complete apartment with a separate entrance and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the Pikes Peak region. It is warmly decorated with Western and Native American flair. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the amenities that you would need to feed your hungry tribe. The bunkhouse is next to our log home, so your hosts are just steps away to help you with anything you need. Guest access Guests are welcome to take a walk across the meadow to our trout lake. Other things to note We are excited to host you. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. They need to be kept off of the furniture and must be kenneled if left alone in the house. Also, the bunkhouse is intended for the paying guests. If you wish to have additional non-overnight guests, let us know. If you plan on having a party, please discuss this with the host prior to booking. There may be an additional use fee for small parties. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property, including cigarettes or cigars, AND NO marijuana of any kind.
