The whole apartment is available exclusively. Other things to note Please, leave the apartment as you'll find it when you'll arrive.. Please respect the noise ordinance hours: 10 P.M. to 7 A.M. If you have any guests, they are kindly asked to leave the apartment before 10 P.M. In case of any critical problems Police will be involved (Phone: 112). We kindly inform you that, the noise, parties and disturbance in the building is not in accordance with the regulations. In case of breach of the ban, we will be obliged to charge you 300 EURO. The guest assumes financial responsibility for anyone under this reservation and for any damage which occurs to the apartment or its furnishings during his or her stay. No Smoking - our apartments are no smoking. Violation of the smoking ban costs 100 Euros. Please do not use towels to clean makeup. Such a dirty towel is very difficult to fill and in addition costs € 20.
