Modern cottage on the lake

The house is located in a nature protection area on the territory of a modern, protected cottage village (village Myshetskoye village, Solnechnogorsk district). Within walking distance of the house, there is a large lake "Krugloe", a forest and an old 17th century church. A house with a very convenient layout on 4 floors. The space The house has been renovated to a high standard according to the author's design project (modern plumbing, heated floors). On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, connected through a window with a covered veranda. A covered, insulated veranda with a fireplace (allows you to enjoy open fire and barbecues comfortably even in winter). The bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. The basement floor of the building has a bath complex and a room with billiards or table tennis. Natural building materials were used for the finishing, the staircase is made of expensive mahogany. There are all necessary appliances: dishwasher, microwave, DVD. As well as towels, dishes, bed linen. The house is designed for 18 people to be comfortably accommodated overnight, for a banquet of up to 30 people.
