SMOKING, parties and pets not allowed. The space The studio is located in the Lotsenviertel 3-minute walk to the water. You can watch cruise ships at the Alte Liebe or take a boat to Heligoland or just walk along the water and relax. Bus stop outside the door. Car can be parked for free on the street. Very nice quiet areas to relax. Restaurants. Snack bar. Bakery. Cafes and Lidl 2 min. Very good also for workers of the Federal Police since it is just around the corner. Guest access The car may be parked on the side of the road without charge. But please do not park on our driveway. Please note the sign. Bicycles can be locked up at our bicycle stand. Other things to note Please keep in mind that Cuxhaven is a tourist tax area, so if you book with us as a vacationer, additional tourist tax fees will be charged upon arrival. This amount is not included in the rent and must be paid separately to the landlord. The amount will later be forwarded to the city of Cuxhaven. Overnight visitors must be requested/pre-registered with the landlord. They also pay an extra €25 per night, and tourist tax fees apply. If you come to Cuxhaven to work or study, you can be exempted from the tourist tax amount by your employer with a certificate (you will receive this from the landlord). Popular short-term rental accommodation for employers and police officers, as the Federal Police are right around the corner. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours start at 10 PM. Playing loud music or musical instruments is not allowed.
