Guest access Units are separated and offer complete privacy. You have access to the entire basement floor unit. Though the laundry room is in a shared space downstairs. You have a locked door. Other things to note Parking: The driveway is shared with the upstairs renters. You may park on the left side (not blocking the garage). Also, free street parking is available steps from the house. It's a safe neighborhood but best to bring valuables inside. Travelers with Pets: Pet's are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be house trained, quiet, and cleaned up after. Please be sure to clean up any extra messes like hair or the cleaners may charge an additional fee which will be added to your bill after check out. Upstairs: The upstairs is rented to a couple who works from home with a dog. You may occasionally hear normal walking above.
