My Annex Home 1

PLEASE READ all the description: This property is 20 minutes from police bazaar in a quiet residential area. However I will arrange taxis and scooty if needed. it has a balcony with the view of shillong. it is SELF SERVICED. during your stay you are responsible for maintaining cleanliness. helper will come and collect garbage everyday. I don't take any cleaning fee. I may not be able to meet you all times. but I am available over the phone. The space PLEASE READ: please not it is a distant from the centre but there is a local market nearby. you will have access to the lawns in the front of the main house, parking lot, your private room with attached bathroom and attached kitchen. entry is through the small lane at the side of the house. well lit and cleaned daily. ( house owners might also have some construction work done in the bottom floor of the building) Guest access self check in and self serviced. Bedroom, living room, kitchen, private bath, attached bathroom, parking lot, lawns in the front of main house. Other things to note it is a self serviced apartment. there will be no one to help with the luggage . helper will come once a day to take your garbage. she will clean before and after you leave. since I am not charging cleaning fee you are responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness while you are guest in the room. also to note: it is a rented property. some things are beyond my control. the house owners have made their home in the front with a big parking space. later they decided to use the land behind their house as rental units. unfortunately since it was planned later, the only way to the annex (rental unit) is through the side of the house. they have made a small lane to walk to the rentals. hence the space in front of the house is big but the way yo the homestay is a small lane in the corner of the house. please note before booking that you have to walk through this small lane ( clean daily) .
