Lovely Cottage (30m2) with own garden and space to relax. Room for 2 adults and double sofa-bed for children if required. Private terrace, separate shaded terrace and seating, BBQ/Grill, large lawn and parking facilities. Nature abounds with many quiet beautiful walking and cycling tracks. 15 minutes by car from the airport, 10 minutes to the centre of Düsseldorf and Messe (trade fairs). We can pick up and drop off by car if you arrange in advance (small fee less than taxi). The space Our holiday home is relatively new and well maintained, clean and tidy. We allow up to 2 family pets and there is a private lawn for them to play. Our guesthouse is heated and has air conditioning and includes separate private bathroom, spacious bedroom and a small lounge with cooking and kitchen facilities. Your own home away from home includes a DVD screen and Chromecast (no TV), microwave oven, kettle, coffee, tea, cutlery, plates, glasses and coffee-cups. You will have access to a separate private terrace which contains lounge facilities and gas grill. As a special bonus, we invite overnighting guests to our pub at the end of the garden - simply ask to sample the craft beers for free! Guest access Guests will have full access to the Tiny House they have booked. In addition, there is a garden with lounge chairs on a romantic willow-dome-terrace that is reserved just for you. We often have people stay and sit out late at night on the lounge area with a small open fire pit that can safely be used. There is also a BBQ that is reserved for this house linked to the walk-around deck from the Tiny House. We just ask that you clean after you use this. We also invite overnighting guests to sample our craft beers in our little pub at the end of the garden for Free! Other things to note Extras: There is one main double bed and a second sofa-bed. We sometimes have guests with children and the sofa-bed is perfect for these - just tell us in advance so that we can prepare the bedding for you. A simple Breakfast consisting of muesli, yoghurt, muesli bars, coffee and tea is included in the price. 2 Bikes are available for free. If you are arriving from Düsseldorf airport / train station we can also pick up / drop off if ordered in advance. We also cater for larger groups and events up to 35 people.
