Closed area in a noisy family house on the floor of the boiler room, you can hear the heating. Small fridge with freezer compartment. Toddler in the house. The space New, modernly furnished room with TV and blackout blinds. It is in a quiet location, perfect for hiking. Approximately 7 sqm. Guest access A separate small entrance/door in the left garage with a combination lock leads to the enclosed guest area. The guest area consists of three usable rooms.
