City of Bristol Home with a View

A beautiful 1 bedroom flat with period features and views across Bristol. A stones throw from the cafes and bars of bustling Stokes Croft, a 10 minute walk to the independent shops of Gloucester Road and a 5 minute walk to Cabot Circus, for shopping & town centre. A light open plan kitchen / living space, well equiped to cook an evening meal and a window seat from which to enjoy the views. The large dark walled bedroom feels cosy with orignal shutters that open on to a quiet street. The space My partner and I have lived here with our daughter since she was 3 months old, we have lovingly renovated and restyled our beautiful flat and our first family home. Although we have fast outgrown our nest, it has been a wonderful base for us and we still try to come back as much as we can. It has however given us the opportunity to open up our home. There are a few children's toys that have remained which we have kept as discreet as possible but apart from that the flat is mainly adult friendly. It is fine for a small child too, unfortunately we do not have all the baby paraphernalia still. We love the central location, the good local shops, cafés, groceries stores. The good coffee shops and parks nearby. Nightlife is plentiful but with a 2 minute walk you can be on a peaceful street ready for a restful snooze. Guest access You will have the entire flat to yourselves whilst here, which is essentially two large rooms, 1 living space/ kitchen / diner with great views. The other, a cosey king sized bedroom with desk space. Connecting the two is a short corridor with cupboard with washing machine, ironing board, extra bedding, towels, blankets etc which you are welcome to use. We do have a mezzanine space used for storage which is not in use for guests. Just right to the entrance is our bathroom, with a lovely large bath and a powerful large shower head above. Other things to note Our neighbours are all really lovely and friendly and know we air bnb our flat out so if you see them be sure to say hi. Please also be mindful of noise on the wooden floors late a night for our neighbour below.
