LIVING AREAS The main communal space is an open living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans and a seating area by the pool. ENTERTAINMENT High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. There is a dedicated media room equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV featuring Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. Indoor entertainment includes games in the mezzanine lounge like foosball and giant chess. Outdoor entertainment options consist of an outdoor projector, along with activities such as beach volleyball, a pool table, and table tennis. Additionally, guests can enjoy a selection of books in the sunken library and board games. Kayaks, SUP boards are also available for guests' use. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, Nespresso & Philips coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, waffle and sandwich maker, rice cooker, electric kettle, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses. The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that can seat 12 guests. The outdoor dining area can seat 14 guests. - The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. - Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. - We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). - Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%).
