Gate City Studio - Downtown Greensboro

Studio apartment located in award winning Southside neighborhood walking distance to downtown Greensboro, the Pyrle, Flat Iron, Tanger Performing Arts Center, Ziggy's, Cadillac Service Garage, Elm & Bain and more! Conveniently located minutes from the area's Universities, and the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The space The Gate City Studio is a studio apartment located above our garage in the Southside neighborhood in downtown Greensboro. There is convenient off-street parking that is steps away from the private entrance to the apartment. Once inside the entrance, you will have one flight of stairs to get to the studio. Queen size organic mattress is of medium firmness with cotton linens. Four pillows to choose from - two feather and two polyfill with more firmness. Kitchen is supplied with basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, a blender, cooking oil, keurig coffee and tea, sugar and creamer. I would be happy to shop for groceries for you and stock the kitchen before your arrival for an extra fee plus cost of groceries. Please message me if you are interested in this service. Bathroom has cotton towels, hairdryer, body wash, and shampoo and conditioner. I have provided sanitary items, Q-tips, individually wrapped dental floss, toothbrush and travel size toothpaste (should you forget yours!) The shower is a walk-in stall with curtain, there is no tub. Smart TV with access to your favorite viewing platforms - just sign in with your account, just don't for get to sign out before you leave! You may occasionally hear our garage door during the day. The AC is a hotel-style unit under the window. Guest access Parking is available with a parking pass that we will provide to you. Pass must be returned at the end of your stay or there will be a $50 fee to replace it. Other things to note Please note that there is NO SMOKING or VAPING allowed inside the studio. Self check-in is anytime from 3pm to 10pm. Checking in: Please message me to let me know that you have arrived and you were able to access the studio. Check out is 11am. Checking out: 1. Please put any dishes you have used in the sink. 2. Turn off the AC 3. Make sure you leave the parking pass on the wall hook by the front door! 4. Message me to let me know you have left the studio so I can start to clean for the next guest. **There is a $50 replacement fee for not returning the parking pass, so please remember to leave it. If you forget to return it, but are able to get it back to me in a reasonable amount of time we may waive the fee. No firearms allowed. Please no candles or incense. No smoking or vaping. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm - 7am
