Lovely seafront apartment located next to Boots and in the centre of town right opposite the beach. Great views from all the rooms. We even have a lift. This would be an ideal base. Just park up and forget about your car! The place has a lift and is on the second floor with amazing sea views from each room. The double bed is comfy with superior pillows and mattress. The single is also spacious with a good quality bed and pillows. The flat has everything you need for a great seaside break. Please note this apartment is small and suits two adults perfectly. It is situated above Smiths and next to Boots. The decor of the apartment is neutral. We have WiFi installed, which allows unlimited downloads Because the flat is so central you can park up and it’s only about 60 metres to our beautiful safe beach. All the shops are literally on your doorstep with restaurants and pubs all close by. We have a fully equipped kitchenette which has everything you need including a microwave and coffee machine. We recommend you use the brita filter water for coffee and tea. The water in swanage is full of lime. We will include a few pods. You can breakfast people watching or just enjoying the spectacular sea view. All the paintings are done by me and if you are interested get in touch. Entry to the apartment is easy with our key code. You can unload luggage at the back of the building. we will only allow three guests. There is an unloading area outside boots and smiths the front door is been them. We have a laundry room downstairs on the ground floor. If you have trouble with tv just switch off at the plug for a few minutes (plug behind the tv set) then it’ll work. Not sure why this happens. As mentioned once parked up you can forget your car and enjoy the beauty of Swanage.
