A sunny and cosy home at at the sea

A house full of sun and sea, perfectly equipped… the right place to spend a relaxing holiday at the seaside. The space We offer a beautiful, new and comfortable apartment in Porto San Paolo (near Olbia). We have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds( 2 other additional beds to pull out from each single bed). There is one living room; the sofa in the living room converts into a queen size bed with a thick and comfortable mattress.) There is also a small but well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and a wonderful terrace ( 30 mq) where you can eat and use the barbeque( from june to october) ... admiring the sea. I love spending time in my home and having friends over:it is warm and inviting. The apartment is 1 5 minutes walk from the Porto San Paolo Beach . Porto San Paolo is a small village located in front of Tavolara Island. and 15 minutes drive from Olbia -Costa Smeralda Airport. The area is a natural reserve. Near our home there are several beaches. Next to us you can find twoo supermarkets and al lot of local shops. There are also a lot of good Italian restaurants. And if you like shopping you can easly reach Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo in the famous Costa Smeralda. BY CAR (north). Supermarkets, shopping centers (if you can not resist) shops and restaurants of all kinds in Olbia: 13 km. (also accessible by bus from Porto San Paolo) Supermarkets restaurants in Murta Maria: 7 km.Aeroporto of Olbia: 12 km.Porto of Olbia: 14 km.Costa Smeralda: 30 km. BY CAR (south). Supermarkets, market (Thursday- Sunday), shops and restaurants of all kinds in Porto San Paolo: 5 km. Supermarkets, market shops and restaurants of all kinds in San Teodoro: 15 km. You can park your car anywhere in the free spots, on any of the two sides of the street. If all the parking spots along the street are occupied, you can use our personal parking space which is located in front of the garage door in the underground garage area . Our garage is the first one on the right and you can park right in front of it. Please DO NOT park in the spots near the building’s entrance or in the parking spot right outside the underground area (the one on the ramp) as they are private property and belong to other tenants. Guest access internet wi-fi, BBQ on the terrace and private parking area.
