Modern and refurbished flat in Vistalegre

Up to 2 guests, this cozy and modern apartment of 35 m2 is located a few minutes from Vistalegre subway and less than 10mn walk from Palacio Vistalegre, in a commercial area on the outskirts of Madrid. In an area free of street parking, it has good bus and subway connections to reach the center of Madrid in half an hour. In the same building, we rent other apartments in case you need more space. Please do not hesitate to ask us. The space As you can see in the photos, the apartment is newly renovated. It is new and modern to feel at ease and consists of the following spaces: - An area that integrates a living-dining area with a sofa bed, a Smart TV and an open kitchen. The latter is equipped and renovated. - A bathroom. Regarding the sleeping area, this is distributed as indicated below: * A double bed in the bedroom. * A sofa bed of 1,20x1,80m located in the living room. Entirely renovated from a commercial premise, it is an apartment at street level. It is equipped with large windows and mirror effects for privacy, plus a static ventilation system, means that the window does not open, but there are ducts at the top of the window that opens to ventilate. It is a very warm and cozy space, which is ideal for any kind of stay. In the same building, we rent more touristic apartments, please do not hesitate to ask us. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The house has AC and heating through a split machine with heat and cold pump in the living room (whose air can reach the bedroom). The Wi-Fi network is shared with the rest of the apartments on the floor. It has a high-speed wired Ethernet connection, ideal for demanding jobs. The TV is SMART TV, it works with the apps but there is no standard cable TV. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Legal registration of travellers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travellers. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
