This Beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom accommodation has all the amenities from Fiber Internet, heating, washing machine, dryer and all the comforts from home. BEDDING CONFIGURATIONS: Bedroom 1 with Bathroom 1 (Upstairs) (with Lake View) 1 Queen Bedroom 2 with Bathroom 2 En-suite (Downstairs) ( with Lake View) 1 King Bedroom 3 with Bathroom 3 (Upstairs) (with Lake View) 1 Queen Guest access The password for key lockbox will be given to the guests prior to check-in. The guests would have to place back the key after check-out. You must acknowledge: There are stairs from car park to the accomodation. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time: the property will be available anytime after 3:00pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time: is 10:00am on the morning of departure. Please return the key to the lock-box on check-out. DAMAGES /NEGLIGENCE We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, the person who made the booking is responsible to report any breakage to Rent Smart Property Management. Damage to the property and / or its furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking. NO SMOKING POLICY There is a no smoking policy inside of the property. PETS No pets are allowed in this property. SERVICE FEE Our holiday homes must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. Rubbish should be put in the correct bins provided at the property. Dishes should be dry and put away. Should the home require excessive cleaning over and above what is deemed reasonable, a charge of $40.00 plus GST per hour will be on-charged to the guest who made the booking. This includes but not limited to doing dishes, pots and pans, removal of rubbish, cleaning the oven after use. OTHER REQUIREMENTS We also ask that guests do not move furniture around in the home. If furniture is moved and not put back in the correct placement guests will be charged $40.00 plus GST per hour for the correct placement of the furniture items on check-out. Be respectful of neighboring properties. Parties are not to be hosted at the property.
