This is a timeshare resort. I book rooms with my timeshare points to rent out to cover maintenance fees. You check in with a guest pass in your name. You MUST be 21 with PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD. At check in the resort will put a HOLD on the card for DAMAGES and PURCHASES. NO daily housekeeping but there are laundry facilities. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must COMPLY with resort rules. NO REFUNDS if resorts evicts you for failure to so. CHECK IN IS 4 PM. CHECKOUT is 10 AM The space There is no set room until check in. You can request a room change without asking my approval. There is a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pan and cleaning supplies. Bring your own cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, coffee and cooking spray. There is a whirlpool tub , balcony and washer/dryer. Free WIFI and parking. There is no parking for trailers and RV's. April 14 and 15, 2023 is a 3-bedroom oceanfront mobility room. Guest access All common areas such as pool and gym. Other things to note Other dates may be available. I can waive my cancellation policy and provide a full refund if you cancel more then 15 days from check in. There is insurance for $149 that covers those last 15 days. At checkout, please place the towels in the tub, put garbage in the garbage bags and run the dishwasher. The resort does not communicate with Airbnb. However, they have the right to evict you or charge your card for failure to follow the resorts rules which include NO PETS, NO SMOKING and NO PARTIES. They do not need to warn me. If evicted, I do not provide refunds.
