Welcome to my wonderful vacation House. This is a great property - 3 min to the Strip with 4 bedrooms & 2 baths built with all the details in mind. You will find unique, modern residence with comfy furniture that will make you feel special everyday of your stay. The space Few minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and Airport. Paradise Road, shopping centers and restaurants are short walking distance. This house is almost 1500sqft, and it has just been completely remodeled. There are 4 bedrooms in this house; Each bedroom is features with queen size bed set and 32in Roku TV; The living room provides a spacious couch and huge 4K UHD Roku 55in TV. The kitchen along with a beautiful dinning room space has everything you will need for people on the go! Cleanliness is one of our top priorities because I know how I am when I travel . we are very much looking forward to your stay ! We’d like to provide a comfortable enjoyable living space to you. Other things to note We expect people to treat our property as they would treat their own. We”d like people to have fun and that is why we have tried to provide the best, and we hope people take notice and respect that by following these rules. 1.In the backyard (pool) after 8pm, please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors. NO parties, or loud gatherings. 2. No smoking inside! Not suitable for pets! No parties or events! 3. Bath towels are strictly prohibited for cleaning floors, cleaning shoes, or contaminating or for other purposes. The customer must compensate for the dyeing or damage of the bath towel. 4. Clean the used utensils and put them back in place. Please throw the garbage into the trash can in the front yard. 5.Push the trash can to the side of the road on Friday night and return the trash can to its original position on Saturday morning. 6. Please park on the right side of the front yard. The car must be locked at all times. 7. Please take care of your children, I have to inform you that couldn't bear any resposibility for the baby and you must respond all the safety and security responsibility of your baby. 8. No guests not included in the booking are allowed in the house, the people allowed at the property is 16 . POOL DEPTH : 8 FEETS POOL RULES : NO DIVING NO CLOTHING IN POOL NO GLASS OF ANY KIND NO PETS、NO FOOD NO PLAYING WITH SAFETY EQUIPMENT BATHING SUIT IS A MUST NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY： Children under 14 not permitted in pool area unless accompanied & supervised by an adult 18 years or older-no exceptions. Patients, drinkers, drug addicts... are not allowed to enter the pool area.
