The apartment is: Our bright and stylishly furnished Airbnb apartment is located under our apartment in the basement and offers you everything you need for a relaxing stay: Sleeping area: Cozy double bed with high-quality solid wood furniture, including a spacious wardrobe. Living area: Elegant leather couch and a wooden table with two chairs, ideal for meals or as a workplace. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern amenities such as Sodastream, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and stove. Snacks are free. Bathroom: A private, well-equipped bathroom. Terrace and garden: Private terrace with garden furniture and a beautiful view of the countryside – perfect for relaxing. Access and other amenities: Private access: You can access your apartment independently via the shared staircase. Alternatively, it is possible to access the terrace door of the Airbnb apartment directly via the garden and the stone steps. Additional amenities: Freezer: A freezer is available for shared use and is located under the staircase. Magazines: Magazines such as "Schöner Wohnen" and "Living @ Home" are available for you in the stairwell and may be read. Private laundry room: Our private laundry room is also located in the basement and is used by us. Location: Local supply: Just a 2-minute walk to our farm shop with fresh eggs, vegetables, potatoes and cheese. The bakery and butcher are also just 5 minutes away. Hosts: A family lives on the upper floor, and we, Heike and Stephan, live on the ground floor above the AirBnB apartment. Our balcony overlooks the apartment for rent. Here are the details for access: Main entrance: Access to the apartment is via our front door. From there you get to the staircase, which leads you directly to the apartment, which is located under our apartment. Garden access: Alternatively, there is direct access via the garden. Go down the stone stairs to the patio door, which also leads you directly into the apartment. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about access or anything else. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Other things to note · Charging cable: If you've forgotten your charging cable, feel free to borrow one from us. We have different types for the most common cell phone models. • Two of our windows have fly screens, so you can ventilate if necessary without worrying about insects. · Waste separation: We attach great importance to environmental protection and ask you to support us in the correct waste separation. Detailed instructions for waste separation can be found in our information booklet, which is available on the kitchen table in the Airbnb apartment. Please take a few minutes to read and follow them to protect the environment. · Key return: Before you go, please leave the keys on the outside of the front door. This ensures that we do not lose them and that the next guest also has access.
