Located between Playa Palmira and the main street in Paguera, ‘El Bulevar’, FLOR los Almendros Hotel & Apts. is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday with your partner, family and friends, or even on your own. You can visit Mallorca, swim at Playa Palmira (accessible via our private path), go cycling, relax in our pools or work out in our gym. Upon your arrival, the apartment will be clean. Cleaning service will not be offered during your stay. The space The apartment includes: • Large balcony with a table, four chairs and a sunbed or two deck chairs. • Air conditioning - Heating. • Free WIFI. • Two single beds (90cm x 190cm) or a double bed (180cm x 190cm) and a sofa bed. • Equipped bathroom with hairdryer and shower. • Two flat screen TVs with Satellite: one in the bedroom and one in the living room. • Safe. • American kitchen with: fridge, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee maker and kettle. • Kitchen utensils: frying pan, pot, pasta drainer, cutting board, corkscrew, scissors, plates, glasses and cutlery. • Cleaning service not included during your stay. Guest access • Reception at Hotel Flor los Almendros: open 24 hours from March to November. • Gym: you can enjoy the gym equipped with LifeFitness machines with everything you need to keep fit and take care of your health. Hours 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Children: we offer a playground, table tennis and billiards (extra cost). You can rent a stroller (extra cost) and have cots free of charge. • Self-service laundry with washer and dryer (extra cost). • Pool: The swimming pool of the apartments will remain closed from October until May. • Pool towel rental for 5€/unit and 10€ deposit. If you want to change your towel for a clean one the cost is 2€. • Parking: you can park your vehicle in our private garage subject to availability for - February, March, November and December: 6€/night - April, May and October: 10€/night - June, July, August and September: €15/night . There are electric chargers for the car. Free motorcycle parking and bicycle garage. • Bike station: you can store your bike in our garage equipped with a security camera and use the specific tools, lockers (lock required) and washing area. Other things to note • Silence between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. • People who are not staying may not enter the establishment without prior authorization from the management. • They can make use of the car park and massage room by paying their corresponding charge. • The use of the swimming pool, gym, playground, bicycle garage and motorcycle parking is included in the price of the apartment and are for shared use. • Pets prohibited. • Prohibited celebrations of parties and events. • Tourist ecotax not included in the price, it will be paid upon arrival at the reception. All guests staying at this establishment, in accordance with Law 2/2016 of March 30, are subject to the mandatory payment of the tourist tax (except for children under 16 years). Low Season (March 1st to April 30th): 0.55€ per person per night. From the 9th day, a 50% discount applies (0.275€per person per night). High Season (May 1st to October 31st): 2.20€ per person per night. From the 9th day, a 50% discount applies (1.10€ per person per night). • Cleaning service not included during your stay, the apartment will be clean upon arrival. • On the day of departure, throw out the garbage, clean and place dishes, remove dirty sheets. • This establishment is registered in the Insular Register of Tourism Companies, Activities and Establishments of Mallorca as Tourist Apartments, with the official number A/1686.
