Kubrich Farm - Vintage Colonial Country Farmhouse
Come visit this beautiful vintage turn of the century colonial farmhouse with Gumwood trim, hardwood floors, multiple porches and a beautiful kitchen to cook in. There are lots of areas to hike or bike in the area; Webster has many unique stores, bars, eateries, pubs and curio shops. It is also close to Xerox, Irondequoit Bay and Lake Ontario and the Finger Lakes. Kathy, Max and I are gracious welcoming hosts who will leave you to your space and be here for any needs you may have The space Your room is 10x12 with a very comfy queen sized bed, dresser and walk-in closet. The upstairs open air porch is a favorite space to watch the sunrise or just to enjoy the outside view of the country. Just down the hall is a shared full-size bathroom. Please feel free to use the kitchen, living rooms and porches. Upstate New York is noted for its wine tasting tours, summer festivals, salmon fishing, antiquing and fall foliage season. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the full use of our house. This includes free WiFi, two full baths, four porches, two living rooms a piano and full use of the kitchen. During your stay Kathy, Max (our puppy golden retriever) and I are home most of the day and you will have my phone for texting or calling at a moments notice. We are very familiar with the local areas and will gladly help you with dining, shopping and site seeing. Other things to note Look for Kubrich Farm on the south side of State Road between Salt Road and Monroe Wayne County Line Road. This is a multiple resident home with a couple roommates. We keep the home clean and sanitized. Hand sanitizer is there for you at the entrance to the house before you come in. Drive around to the back of the house and enter in through the back porch.
