A short walk from Loredo beach, this wooden house with a double-height living room and glazed kitchen is a contemporary architecture retreat facing a tree-lined park with a children's playground and sports court. Thoughtful design in every detail and natural light throughout. Open spaces, a peaceful garden and the comfort of a very personal home. 4 bedrooms and a playroom, up to 9 guests. An outdoor shower and surfboard storage, plus garden chairs, complete the experience for unwinding. The space Loredo is a surfer's paradise: the wave is just a walk from the house, and the village has several surf schools within walking distance. When you come back from catching waves, the house has an outdoor shower and a storage closet for boards. Golf is also close by — Pedreña is a ten-minute drive away, and La Junquera and Ramón Sota golf courses are nearby too — and the area is also great for paddle surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing or day trips. We'll be happy to recommend schools, restaurants and plans for kids. A place made for that holiday spirit with the family: garden, fireplace, good conversation and games after the beach or a day of sport. Pets are welcome — please check the conditions before booking. The house has its own entrance and garden, fully independent. Next door, in a separate house with its own access and garden, is where we live — always happy to help with anything you might need. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, the garden, the porch and the outdoor shower. The hosts' home is an independent annex, with its own access and garden separated by fences; the only shared space between the two homes is a small hall giving access to the electrical panel, not used day to day, independent of both houses. Street parking is available right in front of the house. Other things to note The house has wifi, underfloor heating and fans in the south-facing bedrooms. Wood-burning fireplace for cooler nights — we provide a few logs in season. Hair dryer in every bathroom, and an Italian coffee maker with ground coffee to welcome you. For families with babies: we have a highchair, a cot and bathing accessories, all available on request. We accept one pet, subject to prior confirmation. The garden is fully fenced — just note that very small dogs could slip out under the gate, so we recommend keeping an eye on them. Garden loungers available for relaxing outdoors. We're three minutes from the village centre, where you'll find a supermarket, butcher, greengrocer, pizzeria, hardware store and other services. Smoking is not allowed, and parties or events are not permitted. We ask for quiet in the outdoor areas after 11:30 pm, as we're in a quiet residential area.
