Very unique property in the middle of the jungle. You rarely find anything like this anywhere. Peaceful home in the middle on lychee plantation within a short drive to many northern Chiang Mai attractions. The space Huge and comfortable home in the middle of Chiang Mai jungle. This property is in a lychee orchard in a lush rain forest in Mae Teang area. Pai is just a car ride away. You can easily do a day trip around the area, white water rafting, elephants camp, tiger santuary, etc.. you name it. Pai is just a couple hours away. PLEASE NOTE: THE HOUSE IS 4,000 SQF WITH 4 LARGE BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS Attractions nearby - Mae Taman Elephant camp - Huai Namdang National Park - Papae Hot Springs - Mae Ngat Dam - Farmers Market (every Thursday morning) This property is 60 kms from down town Chiang Mai. It will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes by car Great English-speaking host and a live-in maid who can cook breakfast for you. We also can arrange airport pick up for you since you will have a hard time finding this property on your own. The regular rate for the van is $60 per day (or 1,800 baht) plus petrol. Note: - 2 nights minimum for each reservation. - Guests are required to sign a simple short term rental agreement for each booking. Details will be provided in the booking process. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except the manager bedroom. There are plenty of private space in the orchard that you can go for a hike or picnic. There is a small stream that is quite picturesque. Other things to note For overseas guests We highly recommend renting a van for the duration of your stay. The rental comes with a driver (no extra charge - although gratuity will be appreciated). For local guests Please be mindful that our property sits in the middle of the jungle. Most of the road access are paved but there are some steep sections that may be difficult for cars that are very low to the ground.
