Through the large windows, a lot of light enters the rooms, which is a nice, cozy atmosphere - a cozy retreat in the hectic city of Berlin. Face masks and disinfectants are also available in the apartment. The space This apartment is 70 square meters, has two bedrooms, a living room with sleeping possibility, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The smaller bedroom offers two single beds, the larger bedroom is equipped with three single beds and a double bed. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The combined living-dining area offers the opportunity to spend a pleasant time even in larger groups, perhaps with a delicious dinner or a movie evening together. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a hand basin. You will also find a washing machine and a hair dryer here. ENGLISH! Summary: Welcome at the ‚Three Room Apartment‘ in Berlin! The smaller living room comes with two single beds, the bigger one with three single beds and a Queen Size bed. Additionally you will find a comfortable sofa bed in the living room area. -The deposit for this apartment is 250€ to be paid in cash at check-in and will be refunded on the day of departure after the apartment's check-out. The security deposit for this apartment is 250 € to be paid in cash during your check in and will be returned to you on your departure day after checking out the apartment. We ask you to treat our apartments with ease of care, because if something breaks , we unfortunately have to deduct it from the deposit or invoice. In the combined residential dining area you could enjoy a tasty dinner, watching TV or just relax with a pageturning book. Last but not least the modern bathroom offers a shower, a toilet and a handwashbasin as well as a hairdryer and a washing machine. Access for Guests: You have the entire apartment available for your use. The accommodation is located at a busy intersection, it can be a bit noisy from time to time due to police or fire sirens. Earplugs can be provided. Interaction with Guests: I am always available via Mobile Phone or E-Mail for any kind of questions or needed assistance during your stay. Travelling by car For travelling to Berlin by car you will need the ‚Grüne Umweltplakette‘. Next to the flat you may find a car park where you could leave your car for 2€/ 24 hours. Late Check In Available from 21.30 - 0.00 on request and additional costs 50€ fee The Neighbourhood: The ,Trendy Three Room Apartment‘ is situated in central Berlin-Schöneberg at a big crossing, surrounded by nice Restaurants, Bars, Cafés and Supermarkets. A Shopping Mall is reachable in walking distance. Public Transportation: Just in front of the house is the bus stop from where several bus lines will bring you easily to many POIs like Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, Warschauer Straße etc. The S- Train Stations Schöneberg S and Julius-Leber-Brücke are only a few minutes walk away as well as the U-Train Station Innsbrucker Platz. Guest access The entire apartment is available for your exclusive use! Other things to note If you are arriving by car, you will need a green environmental protection sticker.
