1 BBC residence in Voiron on the hillsides: 7-minute walk from the train station, 10 from the city center, 2 steps from the Caves de Chartreuse and the Nat. The environment is very quiet but the area is active (market)! The bedroom (90 X 200 cm bed) without direct view of the panorama has a private bathroom - walk-in shower + toilet. Possibility - for adult students - to make breakfast, to heat a dish because kettle, microwave + small quiet fridge available but 0 cooking! The space English spoken! No pets allowed (sorry, but I have cats who don't have access to the room of course)! BBC residence with free parking for visitors on the top of the residence and sloping pedestrian access ramps to the entrance doors (1 elevator is however accessible if necessary) Guest access access: bedroom + bathroom + toilet + hallway (entrance hall of the duplex) No use of the accommodation's kitchen
