Within walking distance of the shuttle stop for the Sportinia and Sauze ski lifts; you can also walk to the camp and the Sauze facilities by taking a pleasant stroll through the historic center! PLEASE NOTE: read details The space The apartment is on the first floor, consider it just one convenient flight of stairs. You can take advantage of a private Ski Box located on the lower floor - hall area of the building. Renovated in July 2024. New bathroom with large shower and cubicle, toilet with hand shower and washbasin. The sofa bed is very large and comfortable and can be used both as two single beds and as a double bed (by raising the supports of the underlying base and moving closer to the upper one). The new and spacious kitchenette has a microwave oven, two ceramic glass plates for cooking, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a two-basin corner sink... and then you will find equipment such as a kettle, toaster and countless utensils and plates and glasses and various pots and pans! There is a table that, if necessary, can also accommodate 6 people when open. New LED television already set up for receiving channels (no decoder needed!) and centralized hot water always available (no electric boilers or boiler). It has a hairdryer. New armored door and New wooden windows, triple glazing and micro ventilation with transom windows, for maximum thermal and acoustic comfort! Guest access Guests will be able to access the apartment after picking up keys from my co-host friend who is from Sauze and has a business near the apartment. I will provide you with a message with her contact details so you can directly agree with her on your check-in and check-out and the payment to her of the accommodation tax or any agreed extras. You can take advantage of a private Ski Box located on the lower floor - cellar area Other things to note ACCOMMODATION TAX: the municipality of Sauze requires the owner of the apartment rented for short periods to collect the payment of the accommodation tax for a stay of up to 10 days (exempting children under the age of 12 - winter period and children under the age of 16 - summer period). The tax must be paid by you directly in cash upon collection of the keys to the apartment, and we will in turn pay it to the municipality. The accommodation tax is €1.00 per person per night... up to 10 nights. An identification document must also be sent, by email or readable photo on WhatsApp, at least one week before your arrival: the Identity Card or Passport of all guests in order to correctly communicate with the state police/police station!!! EXTRA LINEN: We can provide bed linen and towels at a cost of 12 euros for one person... or 20 euros if two people (two single beds).
