Beautiful cottage with heated pool for 22 people

Newly renovated cottage with a large heated pool and newly built football field. Consists of 8 bedrooms, 3 small living rooms with sofa beds, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilettes, 3 small kitchens and one large communal kitchen and dining area. Outside has several lounge areas and sun beds near the pool. Property offers full privacy and amazing way to spend your holiday in the nature enjoying peace and quiet and relaxing around the pool and taking walks in the area and cycling. The space The house consists of 4 apartments sharing a yard, large kitchen and pool. Four apartments have 2 bedrooms each and a sofa bed, one bathroom and one toilette and a small kitchen and dining area. Two of the apartments have one double bedroom with the double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. The third apartment has two rooms with a double bed each. Fourth apartment has one double bed in one room and two double beds in the other room. In a separate space connected with the yard there is a large kitchen with dining area with a beautiful view of the green nature and pool area. From the kitchen you can exit the garden and pool area, where there is a big lounge area, sun beds and rocking chairs. In the pool area there is a newly built sauna and jacuzzi. On the side of the house we have a small football field for our guests to use. In the yard of the house there is another communal area with bbq. The pool is heated up to 25C in the spring/fall months or if there is unusually cold weather in Summer months. In AUGUST/JULY when the daily temperature is 25C and higher we do not heat the pool. Requests for heating the pool on a higher temperatures are charged 100 EUR per stay. The location is close to famous national park Plitvicka jezera and also Mreznica River, which is a great place for rafting or just swimming and kayaking. Opatija is the nearest beach area and is 1.5h drive. IMPORTANT: The house can sleep maximum 22 people, each person above 16 (maximum in this platform) needs to be reported before arrival and payed for through this platform system. Cost for each extra person after 16 people is 35 EUR per night. In the yard of the house there is another communal area with bbq. The house has 5 bicycles for guests to use. Guest access There is private parking near the house. Parking in the yard is not allowed. Other things to note The property is in the nature, not in a urban area, therefore you can expect to meet bees, mosquitos and other bugs. We are cleaning the property but are not able to control the nature. Additionally, the property is located in a rural area with limitation on power supply, so if you put on all the devices in the house at the same time you could have a power jump. PLEASE NOTE: Each additional guest above the maximum number for this site which is 16, is charged extra 40 eur per night. Parties with guests that are not staying in our property are not allowed. POOL IS CLOSED 15/10-1/5 due to cold weather.
