Podere dei primi del 1900, restored in 2104, is a green oasis just 10 minutes from the center of Bologna, located 3 km from the fair and separated from it by the municipal nursery. This beautiful farm has been renovated with all the current improvements in terms of earthquake safety and energy saving, making it eco-friendly. Each room of the farm tells a curious story about Bologna, offering a unique starting point for your journey to discover the city. The space The rooms of the residence are equipped with a private bathroom and have been designed to be easily transformed into two separate apartments, each with a mini kitchen. The restoration, completed in 2014, preserved the historical features of the building, integrating improvements in seismic safety and energy saving. The building is equipped with a photovoltaic system for electricity and a geothermal system that meets the needs of heating, cooling and domestic hot water. Guests have four rooms at their disposal, some double and others with the possibility of adding extra beds, arranged to be combined into two apartments with independent kitchens, offering flexibility and comfort. Guest access The large garden with a grill area and a 40-square-meter independent tavern with a kitchen offers the possibility of enjoying your stay in freedom, organizing meetings and barbecues in absolute autonomy, according to availability with a separate quotation. Parking is indoor and free. Breakfast will be served in the kitchen, unless otherwise agreed. The large garden and the independent room allow you to enjoy an independent and relaxing stay. In any case, the interior spaces of the house are large for groups that take all the rooms. During your stay I live in the same building, so you'll have the opportunity to meet me. I will be at your disposal, but how much and when will depend on you. Other things to note The property is a B&B. In this listing, we offer the possibility to book all the rooms or just some of them. The cost indicated refers to double rooms, so special situations will be quoted ad hoc, such as the use of the kitchen and/or breakfast that can be quoted separately. The cost of the room does not include the municipal tourist tax. An extra bed can be added at a cost starting from €25.00 per night depending on the season.
