Near East Side. 2nd floor "in-law" apt. private bed rooms, bath, living room and kitchen and a semi-private entrance. Off-street parking,backyard grill,laundry facilities in basement. Close to Case Western, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, many museums). Great public trans access. Great for couples, solo or business travelers, small families, motorcyclists, bicyclists, and anyone who likes cats. LGBTQ, all ethnicities welcome. Min 4 night stay; we accept requests only within 30 days. The space "Warm and homey" has been the most common description. We have 2 indoor/outdoor cats who may come and visit if you leave the door open. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs. A rear common entrance to the house, but the apartment has it's own lockable entrance. Secure parking. Other things to note Sheets, towels, linens provided as well as basic toiletries (in case you forget something). Motorcycle friendly; maintenance and repair service available. Free Wi-Fi also includes streaming TV (Roku) and cable. AC is limited to the front bedroom and living room, but there is a whole house exhaust fan to keep the entire place reasonably cool during the summer. Nice and warm during the colder months. Back yard dining table and grill available during the warmer months. We assume our guests are vaccinated; please let us know if you are not. Booking: we do not generally accept reservations for less than 4 nights for dates 30 days, or more, in advance. You are welcome to plead your case or check back 29 days prior to see if the dates you want are still available.
